What happens when I give notice and leave ?
A date and time will be confirmed and a check-out inspection of the property,contents,and agree final meter readings and to complete the property hand over.
Fair wear and tear for the period of your occupancy will be accepted but any items missing, damaged or otherwise in a different state to their condition at the start of the tenancy will result in claims for deductions from your deposit.
Following the check-out appointment we will provide you with a copy of the check-out report for your attention and return your deposit to you, less any deductions (if applicable).we will need a forwarding address for you so that we can send this information and would be grateful if you could let us have your forwarding address as soon as possible.
I would like to remind you to return all keys to us on the move-out date. Failure to return the keys will result in the locks being changed and charged to your statement then deducted from your deposit.
Your rent should be paid in full up to the day you leave.
You cannot use your deposit to pay for any rent due
