Check the boiler is pressurised to at least 1.5 bar. The small dial on the front of the boiler should be reading between 1 and 2. Please also check you have gas and electric credit on your meter. If you are experiencing a leak in your property please turn off the water at the stop tap and fill in the request form on this page.
Blocked toilets are often fixed by using a simple plunger or by pouring a bucket of water down the toilet. If this does not fix your problem or you have a more serious problem with your drains, please fill in the request form below Do not flush wet wipes down the toilet (you will be charged if found to be the fault with drainage).

To report a gas or carbon monoxide emergency, or if a pipeline is struck (even if no gas leak has occurred) call the National Gas Emergency Service 24 hours a day on 0800 111 999 (calls are recorded and may be monitored).

You can use this form to:

    • Inform us of your intention to vacate the property (please note there is a minimum notice period of 1 month on most of our agreements)
    • Neighbour problems (we can mediate between both parties)
    • Rubbish or fly tipping
    • Request for additional keys (£20) per key cut
    • Make a deposit return request
    • Request a repair or report an issue with your property
